Terms & Conditions of Sale

Deposit:

Upon agreed sale of any of our animals we would require a non refundable deposit of 25%. The deposit is attributed to the agreed animal only. Animals under £100 to be paid in full.

Payment:

Deposit to be paid upon agreed sale of any animal, balance to be paid upon collection in cash or before collection via Paypal. If the animal is to be shipped payment will need to be paid at least 24 hours before the courier collects, we will advise the date at the time of notification from the our courier, If you are organising the courier then the balance will need to be made 24 hours prior to collection.

Sexing:

All animals will be marked as male or female providing they are at an appropriate size to be sexed. If an animal is too small we will mark as unsexed regardless of not seeing pores as we can't guarantee its gender.

Tail loss:

We can take no responsibility for tail loss during transit of an animal, we do not offer refunds for tail loss during our care. Crested geckos can drop there tails relatively easily but it will NOT effect the gecko in anyway throughout the remainder of its life.

Delivery:

We can organise a courier at the buyers expense please be aware the price will be based on your distance from our premises. Collection is available from 3 locations in Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
